Sales Development Representative, US IT Staffing and Recruitment

About the role

The representative drives outbound sales toward US companies, cold calling prospects to uncover technology staffing needs and book qualified meetings with hiring decision-makers.

What you will do

• Place 150 to 200 outbound cold calls each working day to US business prospects
• Reach founders, executives, technology leaders and other hiring decision-makers through phone-first outreach
• Qualify prospects, uncover staffing needs and book qualified sales meetings
• Run structured multichannel sequences across calls, email and LinkedIn, and keep CRM records accurate
• Track daily activity, lead status and meeting results

What they look for

• Proven B2B outbound sales experience, especially high-volume cold calling
• Willingness to make 150 to 200 outbound calls daily
• Experience selling to US companies and engaging US decision-makers
• Native-level or equivalent professional English with clear pronunciation and a neutral accent
• Hands-on use of HubSpot, Salesforce or similar CRM and sales engagement tools

Nice to have

• Prior sales of technology staffing, IT recruitment or staff augmentation to US clients
• Experience with technology recruitment agencies, staffing firms or talent marketplaces
• A record of ramping up quickly with little onboarding
