- Develop and manage a team of customer success managers
- Build relationships with customer executives and act as an escalation point
- Coach the team on account planning, risk mitigation and expansion
- Direct hiring, onboarding and career development for team members
- Work with sales, renewals and growth teams on renewals and expansion
- Collaborate with other leaders to keep a one team approach
