Customer Success Manager, Sweden and Finland

About the role

You will help golf driving range and indoor venue operators get the most from a sports tracking product. The focus is on successful launches, ongoing use and building a community of operators across two Nordic markets.

What you will do

• Guide commercial venues through planning and a successful launch and daily operation
• Make sure on site staff are fully trained on the software and admin tools
• Hold regular meetings and updates with owners and staff at each venue
• Keep customers informed by email and phone about software updates and key news
• Train venue teams on every part of the product once installation is done
• Help venues run launch events and campaigns that raise visits, revenue and engagement

What they look for

• Fluent Swedish and English
• Relevant experience in sales, marketing or customer facing support, ideally in golf or sport
• Comfortable in a customer facing role, preferably working on site
• Able to analyse problems and propose well considered solutions
• Hands on and self driven, with both operational and strategic thinking
• Willing to work evenings and weekends when needed, with frequent domestic travel

Nice to have

• Finnish language skills
