Customer Success Manager

About the role

A customer success role acting as main contact for partners, schools and government representatives in one region. The manager handles onboarding, training and adoption to grow platform usage and satisfaction.

What you will do

• Own the project lifecycle from planning and onboarding through training, adoption tracking and reporting
• Lead meetings and presentations with government bodies, NGOs and institutional partners
• Coordinate with product, operations and regional teams to secure resources for large projects
• Support the focal team in meetings, training sessions and stakeholder engagement
• Keep up to date with platform features to provide the best customer support
