What you will do

  • Answer customer questions by chat, email and phone at first-line level
  • Help with product how-to questions, payouts, transaction status and subscriptions
  • Troubleshoot common issues using the knowledge base and pass complex cases on
  • Flag recurring or harder technical problems to the right team
