Customer Support Consultant

About the role

Handles customer support for technology clients through email, building relationships and resolving basic technical issues. The role is part of a talent pool for future remote projects within the EU.

What you will do

• Deliver customer support through email channels
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Keep pace with changing tools and technology
• Handle sensitive customer data securely
• Maintain deep knowledge of client solutions and meet KPIs
• Communicate with developers and cross functional specialists

What they look for

• Excellent English at C1 level or above, spoken and written
• At least six months of customer support experience
• Comfort testing and troubleshooting basic technical issues
• Strong analytical thinking and research skills
• A proactive, responsible and positive attitude
• A personal computer with at least 8GB RAM and stable internet of 50 Mbps down and 40 Mbps up

Nice to have

• Experience with CRM systems
