A remote front-line role serving French-speaking customers, answering their questions and solving problems so each conversation ends well.

What you will do

• Answer questions and resolve problems while keeping quality high
• Keep case notes and internal systems accurate and up to date
• Decide when to escalate a matter and when to solve it directly
• Support a cooperative and encouraging team atmosphere

What they look for

• Fluency in French
• A clear and professional style in both writing and speech
• Comfort with technology and willingness to learn internal tools

Nice to have

• Earlier experience in a customer-facing job, though this is not required
