What you will do
- Reply quickly to inbound questions by phone, SMS and email
- Hold consultations with customers, including video calls when useful
- Follow up with high-intent buyers and abandoned carts
- Spot purchase barriers, handle objections and ask for the sale
- Walk customers through the whole buying process
- Keep CRM records organized and maintain consistent follow-up
