Product Manager, Social Features (Content)

About the role

Own the full product cycle for chat and community social features, from planning through iteration. Focus on posting, discovery, recommendation and messaging experiences that keep users engaged.

What you will do

• Lead the complete lifecycle of social features such as posting, commenting, sharing and content discovery
• Design user journeys across entry points so navigation and interaction stay consistent
• Work with engineering and other teams on publishing flows, replies, distribution and group messaging
• Track engagement metrics like posting rate, retention and daily active users, then shape growth plans

What they look for

• Three to eight years in social, community or content product roles
• Skill at turning complex interaction scenarios into clear product solutions with defined edge cases
• Strong collaboration and communication with engineering, design, operations and partners
• Good judgment balancing consistent user experience against scenario constraints

Nice to have

• Experience with Web3 or community driven products
