Senior Director of Client Relations

About the role

A remote leadership role advising healthcare clients on contracts, financial performance and strategy, acting as a senior strategic partner to decision-makers.

What you will do

• Build and maintain strategic relationships with healthcare clients
• Advise clients on payer and provider contracting and renegotiations
• Analyze financial and operational performance and interpret complex data
• Conduct market and industry research to guide client decisions
• Present recommendations to senior executives and stakeholders

What they look for

• Experience as a healthcare consultant or client relations leader
• Exposure to payer, provider or government healthcare organizations
• Strong financial acumen and advanced Excel modeling skills
• Comfort negotiating complex healthcare contracts
• Ability to manage several client relationships and initiatives at once
• Confident communication with senior decision-makers

Nice to have

• Familiarity with healthcare carve-out structures, coding or reimbursement concepts
