Sales Consultant

About the role

Handle sales conversations with property owners for a serviced accommodation operator, close deals and hand signed properties to the onboarding team as the owner's main contact.

What you will do

• Take sales calls with property owners promptly and professionally
• Explain the service offer using agreed positioning and figures, and answer objections directly
• Follow up on open leads and nurture them mainly by phone and email
• Hand signed properties to onboarding with all relevant owner and property details
• Keep accurate lead records, statuses and next actions in the CRM

What they look for

• Proven sales background with a record of hitting targets
• Experience closing deals over the phone
• Confident objection handling within agreed scripts and procedures
• Excellent telephone manner and strong spoken and written English
• Discipline with notes, statuses and follow-ups in structured CRM processes
• Availability for calls throughout the working day

Nice to have

• Experience in serviced accommodation, short-term rentals, lettings or property
• Experience communicating with UK consumers
• Familiarity with GoHighLevel or a similar CRM
• Comfort using AI tools professionally
