Sr. Client Solutions Manager

About the role

Supports the sales team by managing post-sale client relationships, negotiating and optimizing campaigns, and using data to build consultative solutions that grow revenue.

What you will do

• Manage and grow post-sale advertiser relationships and revenue
• Advise clients and agencies on products and upsell opportunities
• Oversee measurement strategies and tracking of campaign results
• Spot optimization chances and improve performance
• Handle renewals, billing, marketing and operational tasks with internal teams
• Resolve escalations and troubleshoot client issues
