Client Relationship Manager, Commercial Risk, Middle Market

About the role

Serves as the main link between carriers and commercial clients, running insurance programs, renewals and daily service requests while guiding coverage decisions that keep clients satisfied and retained.

What you will do

• Act as primary client contact, sharing updates, expectations and recommendations proactively
• Assess client needs and design tailored coverage, reviewing existing programs for gaps
• Lead renewals by preparing and presenting options, benchmarks, loss and exposure analysis
• Manage the service calendar from onboarding through policy issuance and compliance updates
• Negotiate with carriers and vendors, resolve issues and obtain proposals
• Oversee new client onboarding and coordinate with specialists and internal teams
