Senior Associate, Affiliates

About the role

Supports the running of affiliate and performance partnership programs for clients across several industries. The role offers structured on the job training in partnership strategy, campaign management and data analysis.

What you will do

• Join client meetings and help prepare agendas, reports and audit presentations
• Share well reasoned ideas in strategic planning sessions
• Build and maintain working relationships with clients, partners and internal teams
• Coordinate with other performance channels such as paid search, SEO, social and retail media
• Handle placement bookings, reporting, text link setup and partner onboarding and offboarding
• Review reports and support optimization toward campaign goals and revenue targets

What they look for

• Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing or a similar field
• One to three years in affiliate or partner marketing, whether at an agency, network, influencer setting or brand
• Experience growing revenue while meeting ROAS targets in retail or subscription ecommerce
• Ability to handle complex data sets and invoicing accurately

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, LiftLab or Tableau
• Experience with Forensiq
