Sales Representative

About the role

A remote sales role focused on helping residential and business customers choose technology support and subscription services, from first inquiry through to closing the sale.

What you will do

• Respond to incoming sales enquiries and place outbound calls to assigned leads
• Ask questions and record customer needs so you can recommend suitable services and subscriptions
• Explain what services cover, how pricing works, subscription terms and what happens next
• Handle objections and guide customers to a purchase decision, closing sales and meeting targets
• Keep CRM records accurate and current, including contact details, notes and outcomes
• Work with service and support colleagues to set expectations and escalate specialist questions

What they look for

• Strong spoken and written English for clear communication with customers in the United States
• Customer facing sales experience and examples of contributing to sales goals
• Good listening, questioning, objection handling and follow up abilities
• Comfort using CRM tools and several systems while keeping records accurate
• Basic familiarity with computers and common technology problems, plus willingness to learn
• Good organisation, dependable attendance and ability to prioritise while working remotely

Nice to have

• Phone sales, inside sales or contact centre experience serving customers in the United States
• Experience selling technology services or subscriptions with inbound and outbound leads
