A customer facing specialist who demonstrates radiology software solutions, educates clinical and technical audiences, and helps sales engagements succeed through expert product knowledge.
What you will do
- Deliver live product demonstrations and presentations to clinical, technical and executive audiences
- Build reusable sales enablement materials such as scripts, workflow scenarios and FAQs
- Support customer meetings, site visits, RFP responses and workflow assessments
- Configure and validate demonstration environments with test data and integrations
- Translate clinical requirements into feedback for product, engineering and implementation teams
- Troubleshoot workflow, integration and usability issues
What they look for
- Clinical radiology experience with cross sectional imaging and mammography workflows
- Knowledge of radiology operations, healthcare IT and imaging informatics
- Hands on experience with PACS, RIS, EHR or related clinical systems
- Familiarity with DICOM, HL7, APIs and interoperability concepts
- Strong presentation, analytical and problem solving skills
- Comfort engaging clinical, technical and executive stakeholders
Nice to have
- Experience as a radiologic technologist, applications specialist or PACS analyst
- Knowledge of radiology technology implementations
- Exposure to AI enabled radiology and cloud healthcare solutions
