A services-led enterprise sales role focused on winning and growing outsourcing, nearshoring and custom software engagements. The person builds long-term delivery partnerships rather than managing sales operations.
What you will do
- Own the whole enterprise sales cycle, from prospecting and qualifying to solution design, negotiation and closing
- Grow deals where AI capabilities add value to delivery and transformation outcomes
- Hold consultative talks with C-level stakeholders such as CTO, CIO, COO and heads of engineering or digital
- Shape proposals, pricing and engagement structures for long-term service partnerships
What they look for
- A strong record of closing services deals worth six to seven figures
- Experience selling long-term service engagements rather than subscriptions or one-off deals
- A hunter mindset able to originate and close complex enterprise accounts
