Serve as the main finance partner for a growing global commercial organisation, supporting commercial, access, medical affairs and US commercial teams. Report to the VP of FP&A and guide budgeting, forecasting and reporting as products approach launch.

What you will do
- Build cross functional partnerships and embed finance into decision making
- Gather and analyse data with managers at all levels to prepare budgets and forecasts across planning cycles
- Give stakeholders financial direction and proactive recommendations backed by solid analysis
- Prepare monthly management reporting and commercial profit and loss reports for global and US groups
- Oversee variance analysis against budget, investigate discrepancies and explain business drivers
- Support ad hoc analysis and projects, and drive process improvements in planning and reporting

- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or a related field
- Twelve or more years in biopharma finance or FP&A with progressive leadership roles
- Five or more years of managerial experience
- Working knowledge of GAAP
- Advanced Excel and modelling skills, with proficiency in PowerPoint
- Extensive experience with financial systems and business intelligence tools
Nice to have
- Experience with commercial product launch and global expansion
