About the role

Supports business teams by providing timely, accurate and secure access to operational data, translating needs into requirements and delivering data through queries and reporting.

What you will do

• Manage and prioritize data requests in ServiceNow, clarifying requirements, timelines and outputs with stakeholders
• Write, run and maintain SQL queries across several databases
• Validate and analyze data extracts to confirm accuracy
• Coordinate requests from intake to delivery across business, analytics and technology teams
• Keep clear documentation through the request lifecycle
• Help standardize recurring requests and turn manual work into reusable queries and automated processes
