  • Read published science and pull out the key questions and research relevant to the fire program and project
  • Evaluate and analyse data so program and project science goals are met
  • Convert raw L0 sensor data into L2 or L3 products
  • Account for instrument limits and assumptions, apply quality corrections and carry uncertainties through the products
  • Collect and organise field data and help build pipelines and algorithms for facility instruments

  • A BS plus current graduate study in earth system science, environmental science, meteorology or a related field
  • Hands-on work with PM2.5 small sensors: building, comparing, installing, maintaining, retrieving and analysing their data
