Gather, organise and assess data across the business to support decisions and sharpen insight for a pilot team. The role is permanent and home based.

Build and continually improve dashboards and performance reporting frameworks
Deliver user-friendly dashboards that give actionable insight and flag improvement opportunities
Set up and maintain reporting governance so processes and outputs are documented and standardised
Bring together data inputs from several business areas, keeping them consistent and accurate
Help develop and embed Power BI solutions with good practice in visualisation and modelling
Use Power Automate and similar tools to automate and standardise reporting and processes

Strong technical skills in Power Query, Power BI and Power Automate, with proven design and scaling of reporting solutions
Advanced ability to reverse engineer and modernise legacy reports and technical solutions
Strong requirements gathering and translation skills, engaging stakeholders to turn needs into scalable solutions
Able to explain complex data and insight clearly to non-technical audiences
Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong presentation skills for senior stakeholders
Advanced analytical and Excel skills, plus experience in complex operational settings under pressure
