What you will do
- Lead and mentor a pod of roughly 5 to 10 technical trainers, keeping quality and delivery on track
- Review tasks end to end, covering problem statements, code, netlists, HDL, datasets, environments, solutions and tests
- Check tasks in areas such as HPC, parallel computing, algorithms, distributed systems, compilers, databases, machine learning, GPU computing
- Confirm technical correctness of complexity, numerical accuracy, memory, concurrency, circuit laws, timing and stability
- Validate compilers, simulators, dependencies and build processes so results can be reproduced
- Spot unreliable tests caused by nondeterminism, race conditions, hardware thresholds or simulation convergence
