- Set priorities, allocate capacity, remove blockers and keep cover for critical data services
- Own the platform roadmap and resource plan, including hiring and succession planning
- Oversee ingestion, transformation, orchestration, storage and delivery through to production support
- Maintain availability, monitoring, scalability and cost discipline, including incident response
