Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

Deliver and improve day-to-day digital marketing, covering paid campaigns, SEO, the website and email. The hands-on role also supports design, events and communications in a small growing team.

What you will do

• Set up conversion tracking, landing pages and retargeting
• Build, send and track email campaigns such as newsletters and nurture emails
• Manage organic social media and support CRM and marketing automation
• Produce regular reports on channel and campaign performance against KPIs

What they look for

• Three to four years in marketing, ideally B2B
• One to two years of hands-on LinkedIn or Google Ads campaign experience
• Working knowledge of SEO, a website CMS such as WordPress and email tools
• Comfortable with analytics and reporting, for example GA4
• Strong MS Office skills and fluent written and spoken English

Nice to have

• Experience in life sciences or pharma services
• Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation or Google Tag Manager
• Willingness to learn AI tools for content, campaigns and analysis
• Confidence with Canva or Figma, plus Photoshop, Illustrator or video editing
