Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis

About the role

Lead the company's forward-looking financial planning function, owning budgeting, forecasting, modeling and executive reporting while partnering with development and delivery teams.

What you will do

• Lead annual budgeting, templates, timelines, consolidation and leadership reporting
• Own and maintain the corporate financial model and company-wide forecasts
• Manage reforecasting to show performance, spending trends and funding needs
• Build a rolling headcount model with People and Accounting
• Develop project cash flow forecasts covering development and construction spending
• Analyze construction metrics such as cost per megawatt and dollars per watt
