Product Manager, Community Strategy

About the role

Set strategy and long term direction for a community content product, covering ranking, recommendation and distribution. Aim to raise content quality, engagement and retention while growing the user base.

What you will do

• Own strategy design and ongoing optimization for post ranking, recommendation, distribution and filtering
• Define the content strategy and roadmap, including classification and distribution mechanisms
• Iterate recommendation and distribution approaches with daily active user growth and retention as goals
• Analyze how community engagement relates to core user behaviors and drive cross team collaboration
• Run the full product cycle independently, from strategy and feature design to data validation

• Three to eight years in strategy, community products or content ecosystems
• Hands on work with post ranking, content recommendation, retention or content driven growth
• Strategic thinking that balances near term execution with long term platform development
• Strong analysis skills to assess content quality, community health and engagement
• Structured thinking to break down ecosystem challenges into phased roadmaps
• Clear communication and cross functional collaboration to align stakeholders
