Director, AI Foundations Engineering

About the role

Own the engineering strategy, delivery and operational health of an agentic AI operating system. The role supplies a scalable, secure foundation so existing processes, products and services can become AI-driven products and intelligent workflows.

What you will do

• Lead design, development and ongoing improvement of the AI foundations that support use cases
• Define the agentic AI system, engineering standards and development practices for scale, reliability and repeatability
• Align platform capabilities with enterprise needs alongside product, data, infrastructure, security and business teams
• Oversee teams building reusable platform services, tools and components for agentic AI products and workflows
• Drive integration and modernization that connects existing systems and processes with AI capabilities
• Set operating models, support processes and governance, and report progress, risks and investment needs to senior leaders

What they look for

• Eight or more years of AI engineering experience
• Experience in AI and data-driven product settings, turning business needs into scalable solutions
• Experience managing and developing people
