Director, HR Business Partner (Technology)

About the role

Act as a strategic HR advisor to business leaders, shaping talent strategies and leading the people side of acquisition integrations so employees and culture transition smoothly.

What you will do

• Partner with senior leaders on workforce planning, talent strategy and organizational development
• Lead acquisition integrations covering change management, culture, policy alignment and engagement
• Drive succession planning, leadership growth and career pathing
• Advise on employee relations and keep practices fair and consistent with company values
• Guide performance management, coaching and leadership development
• Work with rewards, recruiting and learning teams on joined up HR delivery

What they look for

• Ten or more years of progressive HR experience, including substantial HRBP work
• Bachelor degree in business or a related discipline
• Proven record leading HR integration for acquisitions, including cultural and operational change
• Strong business sense and ability to tie HR strategy to business goals
• Experience coaching and influencing senior leaders
