Director of Growth Marketing, Performance

About the role

The role leads paid growth marketing, taking charge of core channel performance and expanding into new high-return channels while building a paid strategy for a new lending product.

What you will do

• Assess current channel strategy and performance, then set a plan to accelerate results across SEM, paid social and SEO
• Own expansion into new high-ROI channels, from prioritisation and testing to the decision to scale
• Build measurement frameworks with analytics and attribution teams so scaling decisions rest on data
• Set paid channel strategy for personal loans as the business moves to multi-product lending
• Make the team AI-first, identifying workflows AI can take over or speed up and driving adoption

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, lending or another regulated consumer category
• Strong SQL skills to answer your own questions and coach the team
• Experience piloting and scaling advanced measurement such as incrementality testing, geo holdouts, MMM and MTA
