Security Manager

About the role

A hands-on leader owns security across several brands, running the program and incident response while building a small team. The role reports to technology leadership and briefs executives monthly.

What you will do

• Own the security strategy and roadmap across brands and report risk to leadership
• Lead incident response end to end, maintain runbooks and write postmortems
• Manage and develop a security engineer and grow the team
• Write and enforce security policies and prepare for audits such as SOC 2
• Own email security, phishing simulations and brand protection against impersonation
• Set standards for platform account security and review high-risk AI automations

What they look for

• Five or more years in security, including two leading a function at a company of 100+ people
• Experience leading live incident response, not only tabletop exercises
• Track record building or rebuilding a security program from an early stage
• Deep knowledge of phishing, social engineering and impersonation defense
• Hands-on with SIEM, endpoint protection, email security and identity management
