Lead, Value-Based Care Programs

About the role

Leads quality reporting and performance improvement for accountable care programs within a quality department, reporting to a medical director and working with provider market teams.

What you will do

• Own MSSP quality reporting processes, deliverables and compliance with program rules
• Drive quarterly and annual reporting with accuracy and timeliness, using analytics to spot trends and monitor outcomes
• Investigate complex performance and reporting problems, find root causes and put corrective actions in place
• Review reporting workflows and recommend changes that improve efficiency, data integrity and compliance
• Train provider relations and market managers so practices meet quality and reporting requirements
• Advise leadership on regulatory changes and support clinical and quality initiatives through all project phases

What they look for

• Five or more years in healthcare or managed care, in medical operations or quality improvement
• Advanced project management skills and strong relationship building
• Ability to communicate complex operational and technical matters to varied audiences
• Subject matter expertise in MSSP quality reporting and value-based care requirements

Nice to have

• Master's degree in healthcare administration or public health
• Licensed Vocational Nurse or Registered Nurse credentials
