Manager, Program Partnerships and Delivery

About the role

Leads growth and rollout of a statewide system that matches clinical training placements between care providers and schools. The role builds partner networks and expands training capacity, especially in rural and underserved areas.

What you will do

• Direct regional outreach and turn statewide goals into priorities, work plans, milestones and measurable results
• Manage executive relationships with partners and state agencies and grow their participation
• Work with the product team so platform delivery matches program commitments
• Guide partners through onboarding and help them fit the system into placement workflows
• Track adoption and engagement metrics and share partner feedback with product and technology staff
• Prepare reports and presentations for leadership and stakeholders

What they look for

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, public health, business, education or a related area, or equivalent experience
• At least five years in partnership development, program management or healthcare program implementation
• At least three years in healthcare, clinical education, operations or workforce initiatives
• Comfort with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Zoom and similar collaboration tools
• Experience with Atlassian products such as Jira, Confluence and Service Desk
