Senior Account Executive

About the role

You will act as the main client contact for healthcare advertising accounts, guiding strategy, budgets and delivery while working with internal teams. The role sits in a hybrid or remote setup across several US locations.

What you will do

• Act as the main day to day contact for assigned clients and understand their goals and expectations
• Work with clients and internal colleagues to shape strategies that match their objectives
• Oversee project budgets, monitor spending and keep clients informed on financial status
• Spot risks early and put plans in place to address them
• Understand how tactical and business plans interact and how workstreams depend on each other

What they look for

• A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, advertising or a similar field
• One to two years of experience in account management
• A solid grasp of pharmaceutical marketing rules and FDA guidelines
• Strong communication and presentation skills, able to explain complex ideas clearly
• Highly organised, detail focused and able to juggle several projects at once
• Adaptable and resilient, comfortable with shifting scope as the business grows
