What you will do
- Prepare and submit progress claims and invoices to builders and service customers
- Run debtor follow-up, weekly ageing reports and a rolling 13-week cash forecast
- Reconcile job costs to accounting records and flag jobs below target margin
- Process supplier invoices, payment runs and supplier statement reconciliations
- Complete bank, card and intercompany reconciliations and month-end close
- Produce a monthly management pack with profit, budget, cash and commentary
