The role manages individual projects within larger programs for federal and public sector clients, keeping schedules, budgets and resources on track. It suits someone who can run agile, non waterfall work and report progress to program leadership.
What you will do
- Run the day to day operations of individual projects inside programs
- Coordinate schedule, budget and resources so work stays within program rules
- Report progress and any plan changes to the program manager
- Handle execution details such as deadlines, task delegation and deliverables
- Write and maintain implementation documentation
- Contribute to deliverables and track relevant performance metrics
What they look for
- Five to seven years of relevant hands on experience
- Familiarity with Platform One value stream service offerings
- Skill applying expertise to varied and complex tasks with originality
- Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, DevSecOps tooling, DoD cyber security and cloud
- Ability to hold a Secret security clearance
- U.S. citizenship, with all work performed inside the continental U.S.
Nice to have
- Direct work with DoD clients
- Track record managing profit and loss favorably
- Agile certification
- Experience in a software factory setting
