What you will do
- Act as main contact and trusted advisor for a portfolio of subscription customers
- Build relationships at many levels within each customer, from users to senior decision makers
- Create and maintain account plans linking customer goals to the value delivered
- Plan and run quarterly business reviews and other regular check-ins
- Learn the platform well enough to hold credible talks with customers' technical teams
- Help set up processes, cadences and tooling for a new program management function
