Director of Product, Partnerships

About the role

The role leads product for virtual pharmacy, a patient app and partnerships, owning a large share of the roadmap and driving enterprise launches with major pharmaceutical partners.

What you will do

• Set product strategy across virtual pharmacy, the patient app and partnerships
• Turn ambiguous opportunities into a proactive roadmap for several engineering pods
• Lead, mentor and grow a team of product managers
• Ship AI native capabilities that improve clinical, care and operations work
• Prioritise competing demands from clinical, care, operations and commercial stakeholders
• Build operating mechanisms such as intake, prioritisation, OKRs and lifecycle audits

• Experience leading product across multiple domains and engineering pods
• Proven team leadership and mentoring of product managers
• Fluency with AI native, generative and predictive capabilities
• Strong data driven prioritisation and judgement
• Experience with operating mechanisms and continuous improvement cycles
• Ability to influence cross functional leaders and executives
