About the role

A sales leadership role for the Italian manufacturing market, combining new business hunting with account growth and partner management. The manager also coordinates technical presales and implementation.

What you will do

Sell consultatively by understanding each customer's business case before involving technical staff
Drive renewals, added seats and modules, and win back lapsed customers
Work with partners and take ownership of results across the whole Italian market
Coordinate technical presales and implementation, and build local technical capability
Manage pipeline and forecasting in Salesforce

What they look for

Experience selling technical solutions to manufacturers, both directly and via channel partners
Solid pipeline management and CRM discipline
Fluent Italian and English
A hands-on, autonomous approach and willingness to travel widely in Italy

Nice to have

An engineering or manufacturing background
An existing network in the Italian machining industry
Experience building or leading a team
