- Build a state by state policy framework and governance backbone including SOPs and case tracking
- Own the phased transition of liens and levies work from a third party partner
- Establish escalation paths for complex or high risk cases with Risk, Legal and fintech partners
- Define and track operational KPIs and report risk to executive stakeholders
- Lead day to day execution of the liens and levies program including intake, withholding and release
- Build and lead a dedicated oversight team, defining roles, workflows and training
