Own the enterprise proposal process end to end, from go/no-go decisions and capture plans to compliant submissions, while leading a matrixed team of proposal and marketing professionals.
What you will do
- Run a single enterprise intake for proposal and marketing support with one weekly priority list
- Facilitate go/no-go decision records with account managers and business unit leaders
- Ensure staged pursuits carry capture plans that are opened, updated and closed properly
- Support client account plans through quarterly data refresh, formatting and submission
- Lead the full proposal process for RFQs, RFPs, SOQs and letter proposals
- Oversee interview and presentation preparation for shortlisted pursuits
What they look for
- Experience leading proposal and capture efforts across multiple business units
- Ability to develop pursuit strategy, positioning and win themes with technical staff
- Skill in strategic editing and quality control of narratives, resumes and project sheets
- Experience managing competing deadlines and allocating proposal resources
- Familiarity with CRM and pursuit record keeping
