Director of Pricing

About the role

Lead a small pricing team and shape pricing strategy for complex federal health and national security bids. The role is a player coach position advising executives while personally running high priority pursuits.

What you will do

• Lead the pricing function, including priorities, workload and quality standards
• Develop and execute pricing strategies for major complex bids
• Serve as senior pricing advisor and lead cost volume work from RFP analysis to submission
• Build pricing models and cost and profitability analyses
• Partner with growth, capture, finance, contracts and operations teams
• Develop and mentor pricing team members
