Support the design and deployment of network transformation and operations work for customers. The engineer assesses solutions against business, security and application needs and handles daily firewall and network support.

What you will do
- Deploy technology solutions that match customer business, security policy and application requirements
- Provide daily network, firewall and operational support
- Troubleshoot failures and apply best practices to restore stability and update topologies
- Analyze operational issues, document findings and keep procedures current during active events
- Report to management with regular updates and help evolve the system roadmap
What they look for
- At least five years deploying, configuring and architecting routing, switching and network security, with three in customer-facing roles
- CCNA or comparable knowledge
- Ability to join an on-call rotation
- Bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent technical training
- Knowledge of Azure and AWS
- Familiarity with STP, Nexus vPC, IPSEC, SSLVPN, VRF, MPLS, OSPF, BGP and multi-homed environments
Nice to have
- Fortinet NSE 6 and NSE 7
- Aruba ClearPass, Aruba switches and wireless
- Cisco Firepower and Palo Alto security services
- Encryption and SSL/TLS best practices
