- Hire and lead strategists, creators, editors and production staff, setting budget, goals and roadmap
- Create playbooks, calendars, templates and approved asset libraries that providers can use on their own accounts
- Run training and coaching on content creation, on-camera presence, platform practice and patient engagement
- Partner with brand, PR and growth marketing leaders on integrated social-first campaigns
