Director or Senior Director of Sales

About the role

An enterprise sales leadership role focused on selling a climate resilience platform to utility executives. The position involves originating and closing large, complex deals across new business, expansion or partner-focused teams.

What you will do

• Evangelize the platform to senior utility leaders and position it as a key resilience partner
• Win new flagship accounts through a consultative approach that maps executive challenges to solutions
• Drive multi-million dollar deals from origination to close, influencing C-suite decision makers
• Grow existing accounts through upsells, cross-sells and renewals alongside customer success
• Build account and deal strategies that navigate complex buying processes and coalitions
• Travel about 30 percent to meet customers and close high-value deals

What they look for

• Seven to ten or more years of enterprise software sales experience
• A track record selling to vice presidents and above
• Skill at originating and orchestrating complex enterprise deals
• Strong executive presence and credibility with C-suite buyers
• Ability to build and execute account and deal strategies
