Design scalable processes for resellers, referral partners, systems integrators, MSPs, ISVs and cloud marketplaces.
Build dashboards and reporting to track partner performance, pipeline and influence.
Integrate partner data into Salesforce, PRM and BI tools and improve lead-to-cash for indirect routes.
