What you will do
- Own the automation and AI strategy for products and service delivery
- Evaluate, pilot and choose tools that make core services faster and more scalable
- Define a standard automation blueprint for service offerings instead of one-off fixes
- Build reporting to measure efficiency gains, quality and margin
- Partner with operations, marketing and growth on go-to-market messaging
- Champion adoption of new tools and workflows across delivery and client teams
