Own the digital inventory and merchandising process that gets used electric vehicles listed accurately and ready for shoppers, working remotely with teams at physical locations.

What you will do
- Coordinate the listing process from vehicle arrival and reconditioning through photos, quality checks and publication
- Give final approval on photos for angles, count, clarity and match with the vehicle record, requesting retakes
- Keep status and location current in inventory systems, including transfers, returns, trade-ins and relistings
- Watch listings on the company site and third-party marketplaces and fix missing photos, wrong options or stale status
- Track aged and stalled units, flag data issues and escalate pricing, recon, title or disposition calls
