Product Manager II

About the role

The role owns a new or existing software initiative that improves how internal teams communicate and makes internal business operations more efficient. The person works with end users and a scrum team to shape products and deliver business results.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain the product vision, strategy and roadmap over time
• Run discovery with business leaders, users, designers and engineers to build solutions that deliver measurable value
• Guide cross-functional teams to turn product concepts into launched features
• Align stakeholders on shared goals, learn their business processes and manage expectations
• Adapt quickly to shifts in the market and business, working closely with delivery teams and leadership
• Use approved AI tools responsibly to raise the quality and speed of product work

What they look for

• Bachelor's degree or comparable practical experience
• At least three years of product management experience on internal or enterprise applications
• Solid grasp of modern product discovery and delivery methods
• Experience applying AI tools to research, analysis, requirements, documentation and communication
• Track record of constructive collaboration with engineers, designers and company leaders
• Strong communication and presentation abilities

• Experience defining or designing AI-enabled product features
