Director, Product Management

About the role

Lead a product management team and set the strategy for developer tooling that helps teams test, sandbox and safely release applications to production, including code written by AI agents.

What you will do

• Own the multi-year roadmap across developer reach, sandboxes, agentic testing and release operations, and unify them into one lifecycle.
• Build, lead and coach a team of product managers, setting a clear bar for product craft and consistency.
• Define how AI-generated changes are validated at scale, including what evidence a release must carry.
• Set the sandbox strategy covering provisioning speed, production parity, data handling and developer experience.
• Own release governance end to end, making the tradeoffs between velocity and auditability explicit.
• Shape metering and cost modeling with pricing, packaging and finance partners.

What they look for

• Experience leading product managers and owning product strategy at a senior level.
• Deep technical depth in developer platforms and the software development lifecycle.
• Track record of running a broad product surface while keeping strategic work on track.
• Ability to build triage discipline so escalations do not displace the roadmap.
• Hands-on use of agentic coding tools and firsthand experience building against your own products.
