  • Build integrated financial models, scenarios and sensitivity analyses linking operations, cash flow, use and enterprise value
  • Assess growth initiatives, capital projects, acquisitions and financing options on return, risk and liquidity, then set up post-investment r
  • Prepare performance narratives and challenge inputs for board, lender and investor discussions
  • Lead financial analysis and execution workstreams for M&A, refinancing and other transactions, including due diligence and approval material
  • Coordinate finance workstreams, data-room needs and analysis with internal teams, counterparties and external advisors
